Where to stay on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica?

During your stay in Costa Rica, if you have planned to spend a few days to visit the Nicoya Peninsula, believe me, you will be in for a treat. This Peninsula is very beautiful with its magnificent expanses of white sand and its animals that can be seen in the reserves and in particular the Cabo Blanco reserve. 

If you love surfing, this peninsula will be your paradise. But not that, go there simply to enjoy the beach and meet a great atmosphere and locals!

Samara is, without a doubt, my little favorite of the Nicoya Peninsula. The beaches are magnificent there and there are not yet too many tourists unlike other parts of the Peninsula. So I recommend that you go there to see it for yourself.

Montezuma is a small paradise located at the southern end of the Nicoya Peninsula. It is above all a very authentic, cool area that hippies etc. are particularly fond of.
